Manager on Duty
The Manager on Duty or MOD is responsible for overseeing all club activity on a daily basis. From the front desk to the fitness center, basketball court, childcare services and more, the MOD ensures that all systems run smoothly. Having excellent judgment, organization and crisis management skills are paramount to being a successful MOD.
Housekeeping Clerk
The look and feel of our club is what keeps our members coming back. The role of Housekeeping Clerk is to maintain those standards that make this happen. Some of the key responsibilities of this position are cleaning, providing towel service, dispersing lockers, and performing lite maintenance throughout the club.
Basketball Monitor
A 360 Health Club Basketball Monitor is responsible for maintaining the safety and organization of the basketball courts. This position will oversee rotation for pick up game sign ups, handle any court disputes and maintain basketball equipment.
Personal Trainer
As our memberships grow, we are also often in need of Personal Trainers who are devoted and excited to assist our members with achieving and fulfilling their individual fitness goals. Based on our members physical needs, 360 Personal Trainers provide the individualized and personal service necessary to configure and supervise a fitness program with achievable goals. Qualifications: Must have a PT Certification or a Degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education or Kinesiology from an accredited organization.
Group Fitness Instructor
A 360 Health Club Group Fitness Instructor leads members through a group exercise class. The Group Fitness Instructor creates a fun workout environment while educating participants about useful and safe exercises, as well as assist them in achieving exercise goals pursuant to the 360 Health Club standards.
